About SEN NOODS

Our Story

Friends Godfrey and Johnny first met at school in Hereford in 2011 and bonded over a love of noodles. During lockdown in 2020, they began experimenting with flavours from their travels, creating recipes that combined traditional East Asian influences with local ingredients. By 2021, SEN NOODS launched as a pop-up at Chatsworth Road Market, before their food truck arrived in 2022, bringing their dishes to London’s street food scene. After joining KERB’s incubator programme, they’ve grown into a popular noodle vendor known for hearty bowls, dumplings, and fun vibes.
