Yes. Applying and getting your public vendor storefront is free, there are no listing fees to submit an application or claim your page once it is approved.
Our team typically reviews new applications within a few business days. You can check your status anytime from your dashboard once you are signed in.
Have your business and contact details ready, along with your public liability insurance provider, food hygiene and allergen certificates, a description of what you sell, your menu file, and at least three photos (one main image plus two gallery photos).
Yes. Public liability insurance is required to trade at UK markets, so we ask for your insurer and cover details as part of the application.
No. If you are new to markets, tell us in the application, you can still apply and list your storefront, then add markets you trade at later from your dashboard.
Once approved and published, sign in and claim your storefront to prove it is really you. Claiming unlocks your dashboard so you can manage your menu, photos, markets and more.
Not directly, but once your storefront is claimed you get full access to your vendor dashboard, where you can update your menu, photos, contact details, and markets at any time.
A main image is required, that is the first photo customers see on your vendor page, plus at least two more gallery photos, up to five, showing your food, stall and setup.
Yes, a menu file (PDF or image) is required alongside your written description of what you sell, so customers know exactly what to expect before they visit.
