Yes. Applying, getting your public vendor storefront and managing it from the vendor dashboard are all free. There are no listing fees.
Create a free account, fill in the application (about 10 minutes) and submit it. Our team reviews it once. When it is approved, your storefront is built from your application and linked to your account straight away, so there is no separate claim step. You can then add dishes, photos and stall days from your dashboard.
Our team typically reviews new applications within a few business days. You can check your status at any time from your vendor dashboard, and we email you as soon as there is an update.
Your business and contact details, your public liability insurer, your food hygiene certificate and allergy awareness training, a short description of what you sell, your menu (PDF or photo) and three photos: one main image plus at least two gallery photos.
Yes. Public liability insurance is required to trade at UK markets, so we ask who your insurer is. If your insurer is not in our list, choose Other insurer and type its name.
No. A Food Hygiene Rating is optional. New businesses usually only get one after their first council inspection, so you can apply before then and add it later. A food hygiene certificate and allergy awareness training are required.
No. If you are new to markets, say so in the application. You can still apply and get your storefront, then set up your stalls once you have a pitch.
No. The application saves automatically on your device as you go, so you can refresh or come back later and carry on where you left off.
Your storefront is linked to your account and we email you. Sign in to your vendor dashboard, where a checklist walks you through adding your dishes and prices, photos, description and stall days.
Yes. Once your storefront is approved and you have added at least one dish with a price, you can switch on Online Selling in your dashboard so customers can order ahead for collection.
We send your application back with a note explaining what is missing. Your previous answers are kept, so you only update what is needed and submit again.
Yes. If your application is not approved, you can apply again at any time, for example once you have your insurance or certificates in place.
No. If we have already added your business to our directory, open your page and use the Claim button to link it to your account instead of sending a new application. The brand name check in the form will also point you to an existing page.
A main image is required, which is the first photo customers see on your vendor page, plus at least two gallery photos (up to five) showing your food, stall and setup.
