How quickly will I get a reply?

I run a market or a food stall, how do I get support?
Select "Vendor Support" or "Market Support" as your reason in the form above and tell us what you need updated. If you already have a dashboard account, you can also message us from there.
Can I update my listing, opening hours, or menu myself?
Yes, vendors and market operators can manage most details from their dashboard. If something is not editable yet or you are stuck, contact us and we will make the change for you.
Do you work with press, councils, or event organisers?
Absolutely. Select "Press & Media" or "Partnership" as your reason and share a few details about your idea, we will get back to you to arrange a call.
I found a bug or something is not working, what should I do?
Choose "Technical Support" in the form and describe what happened, including the page you were on. Screenshots help but are not required.
