Smurkey began with a simple but bold idea: bring smoked turkey into the spotlight. Founders Nick and Will wanted to reinvent the way Londoners see turkey—not just for holidays, but as an everyday street-food hero. After exploring smoked-meat traditions and perfecting their low-and-slow method, they launched Smurkey with one mission: to create a brand built entirely around delicious, succulent smoked turkey. The response was instant. Their giant drumsticks quickly became a crowd favourite, drawing queues at markets and selling out regularly at Alexandra Palace Farmers Market. What makes Smurkey special isn’t just the turkey itself—it’s their dedication to flavour.
