Our Story
Rack City Ribs was founded by Keon Cilly, an American-born chef with Jamaican roots. Inspired by the flavours of Southern US barbecue and the spices of the Caribbean, he set out to create a BBQ brand with heart, soul, and ethics.
Starting as a pop-up at pubs and markets, Rack City Ribs built a loyal following across London with its slow-smoked meats and creative sauces. Today, you’ll find them sizzling at Southbank’s Between the Bridges, serving up food that’s about more than just flavour — it’s about community, tradition, and passion for the grill.
