MC Burger began as the dream of Mustafa Karsli, a hardworking chef who spent more than six years mastering every part of the kitchen — from prepping ingredients and perfecting sauces to running busy service hours. After years in restaurant life, he decided to bring that experience directly to the community by opening his own burger van in Sudbury. What makes MC Burger unique is the blend of restaurant-style quality with street-food simplicity. Every burger is grilled fresh to order, combining Turkish attention to flavour with British comfort-food classics.
