Design Your Own Christmas Tour: Tell Us What You Love, We Plan the Rest

Our set tours do not suit everyone. You might have one free morning, a group with a wheelchair user, children who only want lights, or a team that wants food and nothing else. Tell us what you want and we build a private tour around it.

How it works

    Send the form

    Tell us your date, start time, the number of adults and children, and what you enjoy: markets, lights, food, family stops, shopping, history, or a day trip outside London.

  2. 2

    Get a written plan within 24 hours

    It lists every stop, the times, the tastings and one total price.

  3. 3

    Approve and pay

    You pay only after you are happy with the plan. Nothing is added later.

Ideas to start from

  • · A morning at Greenwich Market followed by the South Bank at dusk
  • · A lights walk for grandparents with fewer steps and more sitting down
  • · A team afternoon with five food stops and a festive drink to finish
  • · Oxford or Cambridge on a date when our group trips do not run
  • · A short route for a pushchair and a toddler's nap time

Any day from mid November to 23 December 2026, with a start time that suits you. Half-day tours last 3 to 4 hours. Day trips last about 9 hours.

Prices

  • Private tour on foot, half day in London: from £349 for up to 6 guests, tastings included
  • Private tour with car and driver, half day in London: from £449 for up to 6 guests
  • Private day trip with car and driver: from £895 for up to 6 guests

The price is for your whole group, not per person. Larger groups are welcome: tell us the number and we quote for it.

What is included

  • A local host for the whole tour (a local food and markets enthusiast, not a licensed Blue Badge guide)
  • The tastings listed in your plan
  • A digital map of Christmas markets with our food picks
  • All taxes and booking fees

What is not included unless your plan says so

  • Rides, ice skating, shows and attraction tickets
  • Meals beyond the listed tastings
  • Tips for the host (optional, never expected)

Cancellation and policies

Full refund up to 7 days before your tour. After that the host, and the driver and vehicle if you booked one, are already reserved, so there is no refund.
