Our Story

Holly Duck was created to do one thing properly: make duck exciting again. Inspired by Asian street food, late-night eats, and big flavours, Holly Duck built a menu where you’re in control – choose your base, choose your protein, and finish it with bold sauces like hoisin, Korean BBQ, firecracker, and sticky Thai honey.
