Our Story
Texas Smoker was built on one simple idea: do BBQ the right way or don’t do it at all.
Inspired by American smokehouses and southern pit BBQ, Texas Smoker slow-cooks its meats for hours to get that deep, smoky flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken are smoked, stacked, loaded and drenched in signature sauces.
