Our Story
Founded in 2013 by siblings Joo and Sukho Lee, Nobiani was born out of a shared passion for the food they grew up eating in Korea. They wanted to show London that Korean BBQ could be more than a sit-down restaurant experience — it could be bold, fun, and enjoyed anywhere.
What started as an idea became a bustling street-food stall at the Southbank Centre Food Market. By adapting classics like bulgogi and buldak chicken into burritos and rice bowls, they created something fresh while staying true to tradition.
For Joo and Sukho, it’s not just about food but also about community. They’ve spent over a decade building a following of customers who return week after week for the same warmth and flavour you’d find in Seoul’s vibrant street markets.
