About Latin Soul
Latin Soul brings the vibrant food culture of Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru to London’s Southbank Centre Food Market. Their menu celebrates bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and soulful cooking — from achiote-marinated chicken in coconut sauce, to slow-cooked pork in ají amarillo, and crispy fried cheese.
Diners can enjoy their meals as warm wraps, hearty rice bowls (gluten-free), or loaded fries. With vegetarian options and the ability to adapt dishes as vegan on request, Latin Soul makes sure everyone gets a taste of South America’s rich traditions.
Our Story
Founded by Angela and Valerio, Latin Soul started with a dream: to share the flavours of their South American heritage with Londoners. Inspired by bustling markets and family kitchens across the continent, they set up their stall at Southbank Centre Food Market.
Their food is about more than just taste — it’s about community, colour, and culture. Each dish tells a story of tradition, brought to life with fresh ingredients, bold spices, and a modern London twist.
