Our Story
Sandhya and Gaurav grew up in India surrounded by the flavours, aromas, and energy of bustling street food stalls. When they moved to London, they realised there was a puri-shaped hole in the city’s food scene — a lack of authentic Indian vegetarian street food.
So, in 2011, they launched Horn OK Please, bringing the magic of Indian street food culture to Southbank Centre. With recipes inspired by the streets of India and chutneys made from scratch, they’ve built a loyal following who come back again and again for a taste of home.
