Food Marketplace is helping an event organiser source excellent street food traders for a Bonfire Night gathering in Enfield, North London, on Thursday 5 November 2026.

We welcome enquiries from independent street food businesses and mobile caterers. Please apply by Wednesday 28 October 2026.

Who we're looking for

Our top priority is a live-fire BBQ trader able to grill safely and visibly over genuine fire or charcoal on site. We are also keen to hear from vendors serving substantial bratwurst, gourmet hot dogs, burgers, and loaded fries. Capacity to serve a busy crowd quickly is essential.

Event details

  • Date: Thursday 5 November 2026
  • Area: Enfield, North London (full arrival details are provided to selected traders)
  • Estimated attendance: 2,500–3,000 people. This is an estimate, not a guarantee of revenue.
  • Setup: from 1:30 pm
  • Food service: 3:00 pm–8:30 pm
  • Facilities: hard-standing pitches, vehicle access and limited electricity. Independent power is strongly preferred.
  • Cooking: safe live-fire/charcoal cooking is welcome, subject to the organiser's safety arrangements.

Fees and requirements

There is no school pitch fee. Food Marketplace's fee is 10% of the participating vendor's total event takings, including card-terminal sales and declared cash sales.

A £50 booking deposit is credited against the eventual commission. The deposit is refunded if a vendor cancels at least 72 hours before the event, and retained for cancellation within 72 hours or non-attendance. Approximately 10–12 event staff have complimentary food and drink entitlements shared among the participating vendors. Final allocations and terms are agreed before booking.

Interested vendors should have current public liability insurance and food hygiene documentation, and should be prepared to share those documents before a booking is confirmed. We also need your trading menu, prices, setup footprint, power requirements, service capacity and any live-fire safety provisions.

Apply by 28 October

Message Food Marketplace using the WhatsApp Business button on our Instagram profile, or email hello@foodmarketplace.co.uk with the subject Enfield Bonfire Night Vendor.

Include your business name, food offering, contact details, website or Instagram page, and whether you can attend on 5 November. If you have a live-fire setup, please tell us how it works and share suitable photos.

Applications are reviewed individually and forwarded for organiser approval. An application is not a confirmed booking; sales are not guaranteed.
