Vendor partner programme
For street-food traders, stall holders, and vendors listed on Food Marketplace — and those who want to join.
Listing on Food Marketplace and claiming your page are free. We want to help traders get discovered and keep profiles accurate before anything else. If we introduce optional paid partner tools or services later, we will explain them clearly and they will not be a surprise cost for simply being listed or verified.

Who we are
Food Marketplace is one home for UK street food and market trading: we connect hungry visitors with real stalls, trucks, and halls, and we give honest businesses a fair shot at being found. The vendor partner programme sits in the middle of that mission: accurate profiles, trustworthy menus and hours, and a clear route for the right people to take control of their listing after we verify them. Money and monetisation are not the first chapter here: we help you get seen and stay accurate on the platform first.
Free listing, free claiming
There is no fee for applying through Join Food Marketplace for a standard public profile, and no fee to submit and complete a claim when you already have a live page. Verified access to the vendor dashboard is part of that same journey: we are building trust and useful tools with you, not charging for the basics of being on the directory.
Who this is for
Our vendor programme is for anyone selling food at UK markets, pop-ups, food halls, or street-food spots, whether customers can already find you on Food Marketplace or you are planning your first listing. We care about fair discovery, up-to-date menus and hours, and a simple path to claim a live page or apply so we can list you and you can claim it afterwards.
Think you are already listed? Find your page and claim it
Use Discover to search by the name on your stall or truck (for example how customers would look for Fiesta Gozleme), or browse the vendor directory and menus. Open your public vendor page when you find it.
On your vendor page, look at the top left of your cover image for the orange Claim button. Select it and sign in if asked. After our team approves your claim and confirms you represent the business, you are the legal authority for that listing: your profile can show Verified, and you get the vendor dashboard to refresh photos, descriptions, menu, story, and contact details so visitors see the truth of how you trade today. Claiming is free: we do not charge you to prove ownership and take control of your listing.
Example live vendor page: Fiesta Gozleme on Food Marketplace (how a Turkish street-food profile appears in the directory). Your own URL will look like foodmarketplace.co.uk/vendors/your-stall-name.
Not on Food Marketplace yet?
If you cannot find your business, we may not have listed it yet. The next step is Join Food Marketplace: send a vendor application with your trading name, cuisines, where you trade, contact details, and menu information. Our team reviews submissions and publishes a public profile when it meets our standards. There is no charge for this standard listing path; we are here to help you appear fairly alongside other traders.
After your page is live, use the same Claim control on your cover image. When that claim is approved, we hand dashboard control to you so you can keep the listing accurate over time.
